The Regular Club Meeting days for the forseable future will be held ONLY on the FIRST and THIRD Monday of each month.
The Board of Surfers Paradise Rotary has determined that Surfers Paradise Rotary will trial a change in frequency for the Regular Club Meeting days, in line with current Rotary International policy and the Club Constitution.

For the forseeable future, at least until the end of COVID restrictions the Club will now be meeting on ONLY every FIRST and THIRD Monday of each month.

As the club meets on a Monday and there are many Public Holidays falling on a Monday, there will be an occasional exception to this meeting frequency.

If one of the Regular Club Meeting days (being the first or third Monday of a month) is a gazetted Queensland Public Holiday, then that Regular Club Meeting will be postponed and held on the Monday immediately following that gazetted Public Holiday.  This exception was found necessary to make sure that the Club held two Regular Club Meetings in a month.

This policy will be reviewed by the Board.
